About Us

Rooted in Macon. Reaching every neighborhood.

Macon CEOs Foundation Inc. is a community-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to building stronger families, future leaders, and lasting opportunity across Middle Georgia.

Our Mission

To empower the people of Macon through mentorship, education, and meaningful service — creating pathways out of poverty and into purpose.

Our Vision

A Middle Georgia where every family has the resources, relationships, and confidence to thrive across generations.

Our Values

Integrity, generosity, and unwavering belief in the dignity and potential of every person we serve.

Our Story

Built by neighbors, for neighbors.

Macon CEOs Foundation began as a simple conviction: that the answers to our community's biggest challenges already live within the community itself. They just need investment, encouragement, and someone to walk alongside them.

Today, we partner with families, schools, faith leaders, and local entrepreneurs to deliver programs that change trajectories — one mentorship, one scholarship, one neighborhood at a time.

We're just getting started. Coming soon to a community near you.

Est. 2019 · Where it began

Our roots: a season of giving.

Long before we had a name on a 501(c)(3) certificate, we had a calling. Our charity work began in 2019 — quietly, hands-on, and one community at a time across metro Atlanta.

Toys & Christmas Cards

Our first act of giving brought toys and handwritten Christmas cards to the children at the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta hospital by Grady — and to families staying in domestic violence shelters across Clayton County and Henry County communities.

Blankets for the Unhoused

When the cold set in, we hit the streets of downtown Atlanta and many areas across metro Atlanta — distributing blankets to neighbors experiencing homelessness in underserved communities.

School Supplies Drive

In partnership with The Salvation Army, we provided school supplies to students and families in need across Fulton County, DeKalb County, Clayton County, and Henry County — making sure kids walked into class ready to learn.

Neighbor to Neighbor

Every drop-off, every card, every blanket was personal. From those first winter outreaches grew the conviction that fuels everything we do today: meet people where they are, with dignity and warmth.

From a handful of toys, cards, and blankets in 2019 to families, students, and neighborhoods served across Middle Georgia today — the mission has never changed. Only the reach has grown.

Atlanta → Macon

Why we expanded the mission to Macon.

After years of cultivating a strong support system across metro Atlanta, we didn't leave — we expanded. Macon's call was louder, its needs more urgent, and its potential quietly waiting for the same energy that powered our work up north.

Atlanta moves at the velocity of opportunity — a fast-paced economy, robust employment ratios, and a steady current of growth that pulls people upward. Macon, by contrast, runs on a slower rhythm: an economy still finding its footing, where progress is measured in patience and the margin for error is thin. That contrast isn't a deterrent — it's the assignment.

We expanded here because the dire need for help, support, and acceleration is impossible to ignore. Where metro Atlanta enjoys a more controlled, faster-compounding economic engine, Macon deserves the same blueprint — adapted, localized, and placed directly into the hands of the people who live here.

Our focus is educating the underserved community and showing them how to take control of their lives and their finances — by making healthy decisions, creating healthy money habits, and building daily routines that compound into real generational change.

Across Macon, you'll find vacant houses, abandoned properties, and storefronts left behind by businesses that closed their doors. Where others see decline, we see a blueprint in waiting — a city rich with property and investment opportunities for neighbors armed with the right knowledge, resources, and information to act.

When people are equipped to execute — to buy, build, hire, and reinvest right here at home — Macon doesn't just catch up. It writes its own chapter of the Georgia growth story.

Vacant to Vibrant

Abandoned homes and shuttered businesses become entry points for first-time owners, builders, and local entrepreneurs.

Sustainable Economy

Long-term investment over short-term aid — building wealth that stays in Macon's neighborhoods.

Healthy Money Habits

Daily financial discipline, smart decisions, and the mindset shifts that turn paychecks into freedom.

Knowledge Is Power

Education for the underserved on credit, ownership, investing, and the steps to a better financial future.

Helping others is a priority. Legacy is the mission.

We're here to equip our neighbors with the knowledge, the resources, and the courage to act — and to leave behind something bigger than ourselves.
